To update your profile-
Log in
Go to your profile page
Below the My Status box is Edit Profile with a pencil
That will bring up a toolbar
Change profile picture- Upload a picture or avatar
Edit profile- Add or change the details of your profile
Edit details- Change your name, E-Mail address, password, timezone and associate with your Facebook login
Privacy- (This is important) Here you can control who sees your Profile, Crew (Friends) and Photos. You can also control which e-mails you receive.
Preferences- Changes the number of activities displayed in your profile
