kitchen language again.... 4 Years, 7 Months ago
Hello-I have been collecting the ever dynamic language of the professional kitchen for some time now--lately I have been marine cooking and that has opened up a new area of language. At the old web food pros site I had posted this idea and well, I thought since this site is starting fresh why not?

So, how about any new names for `food to go`; equipment; cooks; etc....

So what do you already have? It would be silly to just post anything since I have no idea what went before I found this site.
