Hello all!
I am new to seeking advice from chefs, but i thank you in advance for any suggestions...

i am currently starting up a new business and am in search of a chef to create a sauce menu for us... ( somewhere around 10 dipping sauces)

I am not sure how much a chef should charge me for this project or where the best place to seek one out is.

I think the first questions would be "A sauce menu for what?"

Coming up with 10 dipping sauces and recipes could probably done by you in a few hours doing a keyword search on the web.

Creating 10 new unique sauces with recipes, method and procedure, costings, production schedules for projected need (for a multi unit chain) is something totally different.

Could you be more specific about what you are looking for?
