What to wear... 1 Year, 10 Months ago  
I am a culinary student and a potential employer wants me to "stodge" prep work as an interview. I am unsure if I should wear my school uniform and/or bring my knife set. I don't know if I have any other outfit that would be appropriate.

Please help me!!!

Hi,

Wear your best chef coat and pants and wear shined work shoes.

By all means bring basic knives.
