looking for information on a marinade called ultra sham. Not sure of the spelling. Can anyone enlighten me as to what this marinade is I would appreciate it.

Never heard of it, what is it supposed to be for?

There is food warmer equipment by that name and of course the Alto-Sahm slow cooker.
