The long road to becoming a chef...

As a child i dreamt of becoming a Chef ...As i grew and became an adult i wasn't quite sure what to do with my hopes and dreams then i met Barbra Mellits my admissions rep at Le Cordon Bleu in Dallas. After our meeting i knew i was finally going to make my childhood dream come true.On April 5th i started classes at the Le Cordon Bleu Dallas campus and the first five weeks has been filled with great lessons and amazing Chefs like Jennifer Sohonie and Jessie Foster there are days my brain hurts with all the information they are teaching us at an almost alarming rate. Chef Sohonie was right when she said welcome to the rabbit hole and enjoy the ride...
