Escoffier On Line

Today I will suggest a small "divertimento". As I mentioned in my previous post, I go to the village market every Saturday and buy fruit, vegetables, fish and meat. I usually buy fruit and veg for the whole week. The game I suggest is the following: in the picture you can see my fruit and veg basket for a whole week.
