Executive Chef- Relocation to Guadalajara, Mexico

Foodservice opportunities are available for relocation to Guadalajara, Mexico.

Executive Chef will be primarily responsible for cuisine that exceeds the guests’ expectations and to provide strong leadership while delivering cost goals and living our vision and values. You will be responsible for delivering culinary standards that live up to our renowned reputation by establishing standards for menu content, ensuring execution of menu content, and establishing and maintaining show quality and presentation standards. It will be your responsibility to achieve food costs, labor and menu mix goals. You will regularly benchmark with guests and restaurants and incorporate the feedback into menu development.

Purchasing Manager will be responsible for ensuring product availability, quality and cost effectiveness You will maintain strong partnerships with all vendors, meet operations' product needs on a timely basis and evaluate and recommend new products to enhance standards and increase profitability.

Controller will be responsible for assuring the continual process of revenue development. You will manage the daily operations of an accounting department including accurate and complete billing. You will prepare account forecasts and re-caps of financial and operational data. You will monitor the daily business to ensure adherence to budgetary parameters.

Director of Concessions will be responsible for maintaining and displaying Levy standard steps of service and showcase quality in regards to concessions. You will be expected to provide friendly and efficient service to guests and teammates. It will be your responsibility to make all concessions business decisions in adherence with either your Director of Operations and/or General Manager while overseeing your manager(s).

Director of Premium will be responsible for maintaining and displaying all our steps of service and showcase quality in regards to our premium level. You will be expected to provide friendly and efficient service to guests and teammates while executing. It will be your responsibility to make all business decisions, for the premium level, in adherence with either your Director of Operations and/or General Manager while overseeing your manager(s).
