Executive Chef to oversee multi-outlet and banquet operations.
Requirements Applicant must have at least five (5) years experience as an Executive Chef or equvilent, preferably running multi-faceted operations, banquet knowledge also necessary. Must be hands on and versed in different cuisines and techniques with a strong emphasis on local products. Management, communication, ordering, cost controls, menu development and training skills vital.
