As a Del Frisco's Sous Chef, you will be responsible for maintaining recipes to meet our standards, ensuring all safety and sanitation standards, presenting quality food and continuing to gain culinary expertise. Overall, you will ensure we are serving only the absolute best to our Guests, while providing strong leadership to our team members and delivering on budgeted costs.

Requirements

We are looking for a Sous Chef with a minimum of 3 to 5+ years of previous management experience in a high volume, upscale restaurant.
