Irregular schedule reflecting the needs of the catering operation

Responsibilities
Responsible for hot and cold food production at catered events
Work collaboratively with production staff to support retail operations when catering volume permits
Participate in weekly meetings with Exec Chef, catering staff and storeroom clerk to plan & coordinate upcoming catering functions
Ensure proper preparation, serving, storage and labeling of all perishable food items in accordance with recognized sanitation standards and maintain a safe work environment at all times
Perform other duties as assigned
