LACMA focuses on fresh ingredients and excellent guest services. Team members will work in a high energy, high volume establishment, with attention to quality of food. Candidates will provide creative influence, motivation, and leadership to staff. Team members will be required to work a variety of shifts and posses the knowledge of ordering, inventory and maintaining cost under plan.

Requirements
* 2 to 4 years experience in professioanl kitchen and a strong catering background
* Knowledge of California cuisine
* Passionate towards Culinary Arts and cooking
* Has great creative ideas
* Open to change
* Culinary education preferred
* Team player
* Flexible with work schedule
* Able to work well under pressure and maintain professionalism
* Excellent communication skills
* Attention to detail
* Basic understanding of computer skills (Word, Excel)
* Knowledge of food products
* Bi-lingual preferred
* Open to Criticism
* Understanding of sanitation practices
* Able to lead a staff of 25 or more
